​-You are at risk for eye damage from UV radiation if you:
*spend long hours in the sun
*use a tanning booth
*live in the US sunbelt
-UV levels are typically greater from 10 AM - 2 PM
-Not all sunglasses block 100% of UV rays
-If you have dark skin and eyes you still need to wear sunglasses
-You can safely go out on sunny days when equipped with the proper eye and skin protection
